About this Event
Attune to the Earth’s natural rhythms as the sun sets over the Arts Lawn, a peaceful green space for you to pause and align to nature’s transition from day to night, work to rest, the external to the internal. A grounding Hatha practice designed to cultivate deep self-attunement. Move through slow, gratitude-focused sun salutations and longer-held postures, supported by intentional breathwork and guided mindfulness. Suitable for all levels and ages.
Certified yoga instructor Rhya Moffitt facilitates a journey through the senses with the sound of Tibetan singing bowls, the smell of handmade essential oils, the sight of nature, the taste of herbal iced teas, and the feel of the body moving through yoga postures. Through awareness of the senses, we root more deeply into the self while remaining intimately connected to our broader natural and social worlds.
