Four hours on the 100-foot OPUS, leaving Kaseya Center Marina at 5:30 as the sun goes down. Pilates and movement on the deck. Red-light recovery and B12 — the same modalities we run at the studio, floating in the middle of Biscayne Bay. Then dinner, the DJ, and a live flyboard show out on the water.

You do not have to be good at Pilates. The session is beginner-friendly and completely optional. Plenty of people come for the sunset, the dinner and the bar.
