About this Event
🌅 Sunset Beach Dance | FlowQi Experience
Guided through wireless headphones, this FlowQi journey combines music, movement, mindfulness, and the natural rhythms of the ocean, sunset, and earth beneath your feet. It is an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life, reconnect with your body, and experience the freedom of moving in harmony with nature.
There are no dance steps to learn and no experience required. Simply come as you are and allow the music, the waves, and the setting sun to guide you. Each journey is carefully curated to help you feel more present, alive, grounded, and connected to yourself and the world around you.
Whether you're seeking a mindful reset, a joyful way to move your body, or an opportunity to connect with like-minded people in a beautiful natural setting, the Sunset Beach Dance offers a welcoming space to relax, recharge, and simply be.
