The Seven Gates · Gate 2: Sacral
When was the last time you did something just because it felt good?
Between work, family and everything you carry, pleasure is often the first thing to go.
The Sacral gate is where we invite it back, along with your creativity and intuition.
The pelvis becomes our doorway. Circular, sensual movement invites the hips to soften and the body to remember its natural pleasure and flow. As the music flows, your hips lead and your body follows, pleasure moving freely without needing to look a certain way.

Veronika Starr is the creator of the FlowQi Method. Her guidance comes from her ability to feel music as energy and translate its frequency into something you can feel move through you. Her curated mixes invite you to stop thinking and simply flow.
