Our meditation group is composed of members and friends of Self-Realization Fellowship, and international, non-profit religious organization founded by Paramahansa Yogananda.
Sunday Schedule:10:00 am - 10:45 am: Unconducted Silent Meditation
11:00 am - 12:00: Readings Service: Included in the service are reading of passages from the Bible and the Bhagavad Gita, with scriptural interpretations and other writings by Paramahansa Yogananda. There are short periods of silent meditation as well as devotional chanting and prayer for others.
Arrival Information:You may arrive between 9:40am and 10:00 am for the unconducted meditation, or at 10:45 - 11:00 for the Readings service. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early in order to settle in before service begins. Our Usher checks for late visitors once after the start of the service, but after that the doors may be locked, so please try to arrive on time.
Location: 202-2504 Government St, Victoria, BC (Entrance is off of Bay St). A dedicated parking lot is located off of Bay St, and there is also street parking on Government St.
Advanced registration is not required. There is no fee for attending however donations are appreciated.

Beginners WelcomeIt is not necessary to know anything about meditation prior to attending. If you are new, we suggest attending the 11:00 am Sunday Service where the periods of meditation are shorter.
