Empowering Junior Teams with Senior-Level Skills Through AI
Small companies can't afford for expertise to live in just one person's head. This session looks at how AI tools let senior team members package their judgment so junior staff can apply it directly.
We'll walk through the natural progression from a one-off prompt, to a reusable project, to a packaged skill. Along the way we'll cover what makes a skill actually work: how to take something complex and messy and turn it into instructions a junior team member (or an AI) can follow reliably.
Claude will be the main example, but we'll touch on how the same idea shows up in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot.
This is a 30 minute talk followed by 30 minutes of open discussion. Bring your own experiences with prompts, projects, or skills. Disagreement and war stories are welcome.
