Long before the doors open, I’m preparing the space to hold you in clean, loving energy. I handcraft an herbal incense blend that supports nervous system-deep rest, I write out a gentle guided meditation designed to quiet the mental chatter and soften the physical body, and I place fresh flowers and oracle cards at the altar for a touch of magic and whimsy.
The healing vibrations from the singing bowls, wave drum, chimes, and gentle frequencies will move through you like a soft tide melting tension, unfreezing the places you’ve held tight, and guiding your whole being into a state of spacious ease during the sound bath.
Arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy a hot cup of herbal tea or cacao. 🫖☕️
