Studio108 is that safe and relaxed environment where you can venture within, reconnect with your higher self and find peace of mind. We begin the session with mindfulness exercises, breath-works and mantra meditation 🍃🧘🏾♂️

Sunday SoulFest is a party of joy and wisdom. You can't have a party without good food. So we end our event with a spiritual, homemade, veggie/vegan feast 🍔🍱🥤!!
