Join us in Fincan's cosy community space for tea, performances and conversation on Sunday, 1st Novembe. To open, Isa Tabasuares will perform songs from her debut album, This Mess We Made (2017), alongside unreleased compositions from her ongoing recording project. Her songs tell stories of love, longing, broken promises, and the sometimes messy journey of finding oneself in relationships, with a touch of hope along the way. After a discussion with the artists moderated by transdisciplinary artist Gorjeoux Moon, Juan Carlos Rosa Casasola invites us to participate in a group exercise combining movement, expressive improvisation and experimental drawing to help us feel more connected to ourselves and others.

Through painting and music, she explores the complexities of human connection, vulnerability, and self-discovery, drawing inspiration from her personal experiences of love, heartbreak, and transformation.

His recent projects address mindfulness and mental health, reflecting on how creativity, connection, and vulnerability can act as tools for healing and awareness. Alongside his studio practice, he leads participatory workshops that merge movement, mindfulness, and drawing, extending his artistic exploration into collective, experiential spaces.

𝙂𝙊𝙍𝙅𝙀𝙊𝙐𝙓 𝙈𝙊𝙊𝙉 is a non-binary femme, trans feminist poet, writer and transdisciplinary artist living and making art as authentically as possible in Berlin, Germany. She makes 'book shaped kinetic poetry sculptures' as well as writing poetry, spoken word, essays, music, and conceptual books, and she performs and exhibits various incarnations of them all. she makes art that combines exquisite craftspersonship, big concepts, meta metaphors, and deep emotionality that can—and should—be enjoyed upon multiple levels.
