Join us at Water Park for Sunday Reset, a recurring outdoor fitness series designed to help you move your body, calm your mind, and connect with community before the week begins. Set against the backdrop of the waterfall and open-air lawn, each session features a guided workout led by a rotating lineup of local instructors — from yoga and Pilates to strength, mobility, and breathwork.
After class, stay and linger. Grab a smoothie or coffee, or brunch from Water Bar, connect with fellow guests, and ease into your Sunday with intention.
Whether you’re a seasoned fitness regular or just looking for a fresh way to start your week, Sunday Reset is about showing up as you are and leaving better than you came.
What to Expect:
• 45–60 minute fitness class guided by OneLife Fitness
• All levels welcome (modifications provided)
• Open-air setting at Water Park
• Post-class food & beverage available for purchase
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat (if applicable to class format)
• Water bottle
• Comfortable workout attire
