Sunday Morning Yoga

Join me for a Sunday morning yoga class at 10:00 AM at the Terry Hershey Park gazebo, located on Memorial Drive between Hwy 6 and Eldridge Parkway. The gazebo is near the parking lot next to the restrooms, making it easy to find and access. Please check the image below for more detailed directions on how to arrive.

This is a free, all-levels class designed to help you move, breathe, and reset in a beautiful outdoor setting. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, this session will offer accessible options for everyone.

Please bring your own mat, water, and comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor movement. Arrive at least 10 minutes early to secure your spot and get settled before we begin.
