Sunday Morning Stretch and Flow

Start your Sunday with movement to nourish the body and mind. You will be guided through sequences of postures that flow naturally, along to music, allowing you to truly get lost in the movement. We will stretch, twist, balance, and breathe, exploring both strength and flexibility. All levels are welcome. Classes end with a trip to the local cafe for those who want to join for a drink and a chat.
