The Dharma Center of Oklahoma hosts Sunday Morning Service from 10AM - noon (please arrive a few minutes early). The first hour of service includes chanting and silent meditation. The second hour of service is a Dharma Circle Discussion. Our group includes new, intermediate, and experienced practioners learning togther to apply Buddhist teachings to everyday life. Non-members are welcome. There are no enrollment requirements or formal dress code. All content is provided in English.
