Join us for Sunday Flow Mat Pilates at NVRLND Boutique in Ramsay! A dreamy morning of movement, music, coffee and vibes.
Doors open at 10:15am for espresso drinks provided by Rosso Coffee Roasters. At 11am we'll move through a 50 minute Mat Pilates flow taught by Claire Forsyth and accompanied by DJ HEYRICHGIRLS spinning LIVE!
You can expect playful, creative movement that will challenge your body while leaving you feeling empowered and energized. Suitable for all levels, this class offers modifications and options throughout so you can move safely and confidently at your own pace.
Bring your mat, water bottle and anything else you need to feel your best!
