Move with purpose and help make wishes come true.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of our Alberta Ballroom, this welcoming yoga experience offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect and move with intention.
Expect gentle movement, accessible variations and mindful breathing, with each posture adapted to support a range of bodies, ages and abilities. Whether you are new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, you are welcome exactly as you are. Please bring your own yoga mat. Following the class, take time to connect and unwind over tea and a selection of Afternoon Tea–inspired refreshments.
100% of ticket proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish, helping grant life-changing wishes to children facing critical illnesses. Come together on the mat and turn movement into something meaningful.
