What if the difficult people, unexpected problems, and everyday frustrations in our lives could actually become part of our spiritual practice? This Sunday, we will be continuing our discussion of the Seven Points of Mind Training.
Chekawa Yeshe Dorje’s Seven Points of Mind Training (Lojong) and the 59 Slogans— are short, practical teachings designed to help us transform our habitual reactions and cultivate greater compassion, patience, and wisdom.
All are welcome. No previous knowledge of Lojong or Buddhism is necessary. Come with an open mind and a curious heart!
