Every Sunday at 4 PM, we invite our community to gather at Self Balance Massage for an afternoon of rhythm, movement, music, and connection!
This is a space for everyone, whether you’ve been drumming for over 20 years, have never picked up a drum before, love to dance, or simply enjoy being surrounded by the beautiful energy of live music and community.
All ages, all abilities, all experience levels are welcome!
Our intention is simple: to bring people together.
Meet fellow drummers and music lovers.
Share your rhythms, knowledge, and experiences.
Learn from one another, whether you’re a beginner or a lifelong drummer.
Dancers and free movement are warmly encouraged!
