Hey- I'll take it!The Packers may not have had the cleanest win against the Panthers last Thursday, but another one in the win column is plenty good, and it sets the team up with a winning record as they enter November.
Micah Parsons practiced this week but is not expected to play, so it's up to the Packers to stay aggressive and try to keep winning against the Patriots, a team rolling in with the same record and an identical win-loss pattern entering week 9 (it's true- look it up!).
Hopefully the Packers can keep thing rolling as the leaves continue to change color, so join us at JP's on Wilshire to root on the green and gold Sunday afternoon!
***ANNOUNCEMENTS***
-Regarding parking at JP's- it's not recommended to park in the back parking lot in any spots not labeled for JP's- the neighboring businesses may not take action, but it's probably not worth the risk. There is street parking but as usual in Los Angeles, be sure to read meters and signage!
-New this year: merch giveaways! JP's has provided some fun Packers stuff that will be given away on gamedays so be sure to come early and listen for announcements to win.
-It appears we'll have run of the back room at JP's for the games- so I'll just ask that everyone please PLEASE try to make others feel welcome by letting them know when seats are open and moving open chairs out from the edges of the room into spots where folks can sit down. There's nothing more discouraging than seeing open chairs and people not thinking they can sit in them. I'll do what I can, but I need everyone's help!
-Whether you're sitting or standing and watching the game, please be aware of your physical surroundings and JP's staff running food orders to and from the kitchen and taking trips to their back offices! We've had a few close calls- let's keep the contact on the field and out of the bar!
