Join us for an intimate, welcoming evening designed for women navigating postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, pelvic floor concerns, and intimate wellness.

Many women experience bladder leaks, pelvic floor weakness, vaginal dryness, or changes in intimacy, yet these topics are rarely discussed openly. At Subtle Conversations, we're changing that.

This isn't a sales presentation or a medical lecture.

It's an evening of honest conversations, expert guidance, and practical education where no question is off limits.

Please plan to arrive between 5:00–5:30 PM to settle in and mingle, as our presentations will begin promptly at 5:30 PM.

Founder and Medical Aesthetics Nurse at Subtle Med Aesthetics, Laurel brings more than 35 years of nursing experience and is passionate about helping women make informed decisions through education, evidence-based care, and compassionate conversations.

Angela Arsenault, NP
Nurse Practitioner with a passion for women's health, Angela will share her clinical perspective on pelvic floor health and introducing non-surgical options ro improve related issues while helping answer attendees' questions throughout the evening.
