STRONGHER60 is a brand new 60-minute women-only strength + conditioning class designed to help you build strength, improve your fitness, push your limits and build your engine.
Expect a mix of strength work, conditioning and higher-intensity challenges designed to challenge you from start to finish.
It’s going to be tough but in the best way.
The kind of workout where you finish and think:
“Bloody hell… I actually did that.”
But STRONGHER60 isn’t about being the strongest woman in the room or keeping up with anyone else.
It’s about challenging yourself.
Whether you’re newer to training or you’ve been lifting for years, there will be ways to scale, progress and challenge yourself at your own level.
Same workout. Different ways to push yourself.
Most importantly, I want STRONGHER60 to be more than just another workout. I want it to be a room full of women getting stronger, fitter, more confident and backing themselves.
