Get ready for an afternoon of movement, music and uplifting energy at Stronger Together: The Ultimate Mash-Up — Gospel Edition!
Three dynamic instructors are coming together to lead you through three different workout styles, all in one high-energy experience:
- Cardio Kickboxing with Jackie
- Step & Tone with Coach Cie Cie
- Praise & Werkship with Dr. Ayanna
You’ll experience 20 minutes of each workout style, bringing together cardio, strength, step and powerful gospel music. Whether you come solo or bring your crew, get ready to move, sweat and have a time!
WHAT TO BRING
• A step platform
• Light weights
• A towel
All fitness levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes, and don’t forget your water. We’re also encouraging everyone to come dressed in blue!
