🎀 🎀 Stronger Together: Community Workout + Women’s Health DayJoin us at CrossFit SkyFall on October 31 as we come together to support Rachle Linville and her family, raise awareness for breast cancer, and dedicate a day to women’s health.
Rachle was diagnosed with DCIS breast cancer in August after an MRI detected a mass that had not been seen on her mammogram the month before. Her story is a powerful reminder of the importance of advocating for your health and having conversations about women’s health.
💗 FREE COMMUNITY WORKOUT
We’ll kick off the day with a workout dedicated to Rachle. No CrossFit experience is needed! The workout will be scalable for all fitness levels and is open to members and non-members alike.
🌸 FREE WOMEN’S HEALTH SEMINAR
After the workout, stick around for a free women’s health seminar featuring:
Hormone Health with Jeanie | The Power of Health
Learn more about women’s hormones and how they can impact your health and everyday life.
Pelvic Floor Health with Charlotte | InForm Physical Therapy
Charlotte will provide education on pelvic floor health—an important part of women’s health that deserves a whole lot more conversation.
🎀 SUPPORT THE LINVILLE FAMILY
Special fundraiser shirts are available, with proceeds benefiting Rachle and her family during her breast cancer journey.
