What to expect:
This is a casual, parent-friendly group walk designed to get you moving, out of the house, and connected with others in the same season of life.
We’ll meet, chat for a few minutes, then head out for a relaxed walk along the park paths—stroller-friendly and easy-paced. No one gets left behind, and there’s always space to pause, feed, wrangle toddlers, or just take a breath.
This isn’t a workout class—it’s community first 💛
Come as you are (messy bun, snacks packed, baby crying…all of it welcome).
Who can come?
All parents and caregivers—pregnant, postpartum, seasoned parents, and everything in between. Babies, toddlers, and older kids are absolutely welcome.
What to bring:
✔️ Stroller or baby carrier
✔️ Water/snacks
✔️ Whatever you need to feel comfortable
You don’t have to know anyone to show up, we’ll make sure you feel included 🤍
