Join us for a one-night-only celebration of the launch of Meherwan Irani's No. 1 Best Indian Cookbook in the World, 17 years of Chai Pani, & the wonderfully chaotic, delicious journey that got us here.
The evening will feature a special coursed dinner curated by some of Chai Pani’s past and present chefs...Nick Barr, James Grogan, & Daniel Peach! Bringing together dishes and stories from Meherwan's cookbook and our restaurant group's history.
We’ll also be joined by some of the brilliant people behind the cookbook - Meherwan (The Man Himself), Michael Files (Art & Design), and journalist Jamie Feldmar (Co-Author) for a candid conversation about the making of the book, from Asheville to India
