Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concord hosts a stroke support group on the third Wednesday of each month from 4 to 5 p.m.The group meets in the first-floor classroom at our hospital.
Stroke survivors, caregivers and family members are invited to attend to connect with others, share experiences and learn about recovery resources.
A virtual attendance option is also available.
