Part of the Chamber's STRIVE (Success Through Resources, Innovation, Vision, & Education) series, this interactive workshop will explore how workplace movement, ergonomics, and injury prevention can improve employee well-being while enhancing business performance.Led by Denise Smith, Owner of Smith Physical Therapy+, Physical Therapist, Certified Manual Physical Therapist, and Running Technique Specialist, and Dana Tress, Physical Therapist, Certified Concussion Specialist, Ergonomic Specialist, attendees will learn practical strategies to reduce workplace strain, improve posture, increase energy, and prevent common injuries.
The session will also examine how proactive wellness initiatives can reduce costs, improve productivity, and strengthen employee retention. Participants will leave with actionable tools they can implement immediately in their workplace.
