A Women's Self-Defense Experience

STRIKE is more than a self-defense class-it's an empowering experience designed to help women feel safer, more confident, and more in control of their lives.
In this engaging two-hour class, you'll learn practical skills to recognize danger early, set clear boundaries, and respond effectively if threatened. Through hands-on instruction in a supportive, judgement-free environment, you'll discover that self-defense isn't about being fearless-it's about trusting yourself and knowing you have options.
Whether you've never taken a self-defense class or simply want to refresh your skills, STRIKE is designed for women ages 10 and up and of all fitness levels. No previous experience is required.
During this class you'll learn:
- How to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations

- Verbal boundary-setting techniques that can prevent violence before it starts
