Join us at the RoelsMethod™ Center for Stress, Trauma & Your Nervous System, taught by Katie Pepper, LMBT # 5371This educational course explores how stress and trauma affect the nervous system, the body, and our overall well-being. Katie will help participants better understand the nervous system and offer practical tools for supporting regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being.
This class is open to everyone. You do not need to be a massage therapist or healthcare professional to attend. There is no massage or hands-on bodywork involved.
Licensed Massage Therapists can receive 13 CE credits.
