Street Photography Workshop: Storytelling and composition masterclass

Street photography can be many different things. For me its about telling stories and capturing moments, both of which can be entirely different, but have an equal part to play in street photography.

Join me for a full day in-person workshop where I will teach you the skills you will need in order to improve your Street Photography and become more intuiative with seeking out interesting stories wherever you may find yourself in!

In this workshop we will cover many aspects that I employ daily in order to find unique stories, seek out interesting subjects and blend subject and background to create a greater narrative to your work.

I will also be providing up-to one hour of my time for one-to-one follow-up sessions with every attendee to review some of their work post-workshop. This can be a phonecall, video call or face-to-face (depending on location)at a time that suits both parties.

The aim of this workshop will help you to:

• Immerse your viewers in the stories you tell.
• Perceieve and anticipate stories before they happen.
• Bring empathy to your photography to better connect with subjects.
• Blend multiple compositional elements together in order to create striking images.
• Work a scene in order to get the best possible outcome.

• Find and capture the decisive moment.
• Be less fearful of confrontation on the street

About the photographer:

My name is Bahri. I am a London based Street photographer. I have been shooting Street, Events, Portrait and Product Photography for the last 4 years and have gathered alot of knowledge in the art of photography, incorporating many elements in to any work I do.

I am completely self taught and my techniques are not rehashes of other peoples work, nor do I try to emulate any other photographer. Everything I will teach in this workshop are things I have worked on myself, refined over time and adapted to find my style.

I love photography and other forms of creative / self expression and I love to share stories and ideas as well as educating people where I can.
