Meditation Workshop

Ayzaaz is hosting an informal workshop, teaching simple tools to manage unwanted stress and create sense of calm. This session doesn't require any previous knowledge or experience of meditation or breathing techniques. Absolute beginners are welcome.

Ayzaaz is a clinical hypnotherapist with over 15 years experience, he also provides Reiki and regular Yoga and Meditation are part of his lifestyle. He has recently qualified in Buteyko breathing techniques, adding this to his meditation practice.
