King's Cross Canalside Walk - Regent's Canal
Duration: roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes
Start point: Islington Tunnel, 37 Muriel St, London N1 0TH (opposite Muriel Street Care Home, access to canalside)

The new King's Cross Canal-Side Activation Programme will help to increase awareness and appreciation of the canal's natural and cultural heritage among the community and visitors.
Come and join us and find out how being by the water has a positive impact on your wellbeing. The walk, run by Canal & River Trust, will be led by one of our volunteer walk leaders who is full of interesting information about the local area.
The walk will be on the towpath along the The Regent's Canal starting in Islington (Islington Tunnel where the canal starts) through to King's Cross area and to Camden Lock.
This is roughly 1 hour and 15 minute walk. At the end there's the option to join us for a drink at a local pub or cafe in Camden Lock area.
Dogs are welcome to join, but we ask they remain on a short lead and with consideration of other walk participants.
The great thing about walking is that you do not need any fancy equipment. Please just wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket if raining.

Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.
