For those of us that are perhaps a bit more sensitive, being in the modern world can be an experience of sensory overload on a regular basis. This shows up as feeling:
✅stressed
✅constantly on the go needing to be productive or needing to improve yourself
✅drained/exhausted
✅stuck
✅overwhelmed
✅putting things off
Your energy levels are down and you wish you could be happier and healthier?Perhaps you are tired of spending time and money in therapy, coaching and other programmes/modalities and feel no closer to understanding why your life is not working ? You long to feel vital, but that feels so out of reach!
So lets get back to basics.
I invite you to join in Stop to Reset. We will spend a couple of hours outside in nature with one simple aim: to stop and reset and connect to what is needed to get life back on track in small, ongoing but significant ways.This event invites all attendees to just be for a couple of hours. Quiet the mind, connect with your life force, nature and just enjoy a pressure free space to just be.
Rebirthing a New You is about reclaiming your vitality and lust for life! It is possible and it can be simpler than you ever imagined.
⭐ Every single month's contemplative mindfulness experiences focuses around a specific theme. This one focuses on RELEASE AND LETTING GO.
- We will be delving into what it takes to be ready to let go of emotions, energetic blockages etc...that are keeping people stuck and living and reliving the same patterns in life.
- We will be looking at simple steps to start the process and what to expect moving forward.
- Please be aware that as this is an outdoors event, it is weather dependent: read below under FAQ for more details about what happens should the weather not be suitable to run the event outdoors.

Meet and Greet
Info: We meet up at the designated meet up point and wait for everyone to arrive before kicking off with the event. Please make sure you arrive no later than 13:10 as after that you will not be able to join if you are running late.

Ready, steady....START!
Info: Once we get to the event location, there will be a short intro to explain how the process will work and how to get the most out of the experience. Some practical tools/skills will be shared as well. Following that the aim is to become silent and use the allotted time for contemplation and meditation with other likeminded people, in nature. If you journal, you are invited to journal any ideas that come to mind while you are silent or meditating and reflecting.
