The Historic Colfax Downtown Association presents SteelHorse Stampede, closing out the Live in Colfax 2026 Summer Concert Series on Saturday, September 26th — and there is no better way to end a summer than this. Led by Johnny DeLucia — a Nashville Star top-10 finalist who has shared the stage with Keith Urban and Brad Paisley — SteelHorse Stampede delivers high energy country, rock and southern rock that will have you dancing on Main Street all night long. Loud, proud, and built for exactly this moment.
Historic Main Street in Colfax will be fully closed to traffic and open to everyone — no tickets, no cover charge, no wristbands. Just great live music on one of the most beautiful small-town main streets in Northern California.

ABOUT LIVE IN COLFAX Live in Colfax is a free five-concert summer series on Historic Main Street in Colfax, California — produced by the Historic Colfax Downtown Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the economic vitality and cultural life of historic downtown Colfax.
This series is being built from the ground up — by a small nonprofit, a committed community, and sponsors who believed in what Colfax could become before the first note was ever played. We received early support from a local nonprofit grant, and that vote of confidence helped us take the first step. But it's our sponsors, our volunteers, and this community that are carrying it the rest of the way. Every dollar that comes in goes directly toward making these concerts free for everyone who shows up.
The 2026 series draws audiences from Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Auburn, Grass Valley, Nevada City, and Truckee. If you're traveling I-80 toward Lake Tahoe this summer, Colfax is worth the exit.
