In this training, we’re diving deep into the State of the Market. We’ll analyze the latest national data—from GDP growth to emerging housing policy—and map it directly onto our local market performance.
What you’ll walk away with:
- A clear breakdown of current national economic indicators.
- A "local vs. national" cheat sheet to use during listing appointments.
- Conversation starters to help hesitant clients understand the cost of waiting.

To ensure a smooth arrival at the TractorWorks Building, please follow these directions:
- Parking: You may park in any spot in the connected parking ramp that does not have a "Reserved" sign. We will validate your parking.
- Entry: From the second floor of the parking ramp, take the skyway into the building.
- Finding the Room: Once inside from the ramp, go straight ahead down the long hallway, down the flight of stairs to the first floor. Keep walking till you see the large Washington Room on the right hand side.
