Still Becoming is a 90-minute interactive sound, reflection, and purpose experience created especially for adults 55+. This introductory workshop offers an opportunity to experience the restorative practice of a sound bath while reflecting on growth, joy, possibility, and purpose at every stage of life.

Through meaningful conversation, guided personal reflection, gentle breathing, and a relaxing sound bath, participants will have an opportunity to:
- Honor the life they’ve lived
- Celebrate the wisdom they carry
- Release what they may no longer want to hold
- Reflect on what is still possible in this season of life
At the heart of the experience is one powerful question: What’s still in you?
No previous experience with sound baths is necessary. Come as you are, and make space to pause, reflect, reconnect, and explore what may still be unfolding.

Ella A. Chapman, MA, affectionately known as MsElla, is the founder of MsEllaInspires, LLC, a Soul Purpose Coach, speaker, and Forgiveness Coach. Through purpose-centered coaching, forgiveness work, interactive workshops, and sound bowl experiences, she creates welcoming spaces where people can pause, reflect, reconnect with themselves, and access their own wisdom, strength, and sense of purpose.
