You'll learn the different types of vending machines and which fit different locations, how to choose, and negotiate, a high-traffic spot, and how to manage inventory, cashless payments, and reporting once you're up and running. The session also covers common pitfalls such as, low sales, machine downtime, payment issues, competition and how experienced operators solve them, plus real success tips for getting off to a strong start. The workshop closes with an open Q&A.
