We vergelijken klassieke groentenpapjes met eten in stukjes volgens de Baby Led Weaning-methode en bespreken waar je best op let als je borst- en/of flesvoeding geeft.
De workshop wordt gegeven door vroedvrouw Monia en biedt praktische handvatten, afgestemd op jouw baby en gezin.

Dans cet atelier, vous découvrirez comment et quand introduire les aliments solides et comment reconnaître si votre bébé est prêt. Nous comparerons les purées de légumes classiques avec les aliments en morceaux selon la méthode Baby Led Weaning et discuterons des points auxquels vous devez prêter attention si
vous allaitez et/ou donnez le biberon.
L'atelier est animé par la sage-femme Monia et offre des conseils
pratiques adaptés à votre bébé et à votre famille.

In this workshop, you will discover how and when to introduce
solid foods and how to recognise when your baby is ready.
We will compare traditional vegetable purées with chunky foods according to the Baby Led Weaning method and discuss what to look out for when breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding.
The workshop is given by midwife Monia and offers practical tips
tailored to your baby and family.
