>>Format<<
This is a Draft event. There will be one round of drafting from a pool of booster packs, followed by three rounds of Swiss-tournament play, 55-minutes per round, best-of-three.
What is a Draft? First, players sit around a table. Each player opens three booster packs and takes out the leader cards, keeping the remaining cards of each pack in their separate stacks without looking at them. The same process is then repeated for regular cards until each player has drafted 45 cards (three leaders and 42 other cards). Players may then make adjustments to their decks, following these rules: Decks must consist of exactly one leader, exactly one base, and a minimum 30-card draw deck. Each player can choose any of the common bases from the set, or they can use a rare base that they drafted from the packs. Draw decks can include any number of copies of the same card.
>>Prizing<<'
Homeworlds booster packs will be prized out to top players after three rounds of play.
Metered parking is available in the Worth Lot behind the store, Bridge Street Lot, Foundry Garage, or Hanover Garage.
