🎉 I’M BACK! Cardio Dance is officially back on the schedule! 🎉Yes, I took a little hiatus. No, I did not forget how to have fun while pretending it’s exercise 😁
Come sweat it out with me — no steps to memorize, no partner required, just music, movement, and probably some questionable dance faces from me 😜.
Expect a playlist that jumps from Latin to pop to international beats, so there’s something in there for everybody.
