What becomes possible when we stop allowing fear to lead—and begin listening to the quieter voice of trust within us?
Beyond Fear into Trust is a special two-hour Star Circle created for women who feel ready to explore fear with compassion, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and strengthen their ability to move forward with greater trust.
Guided by energy healer and somatic breathwork facilitator Rochi Valderrama, this intimate transformational circle offers space to slow down, listen inward, and gently explore the places where fear may be creating contraction, hesitation, or disconnection.
Rochi will open the circle by introducing the theme and guiding participants into reflection, somatic awareness, and a higher perspective. The experience may include:
- A gentle Breathwork Reset
- Guided meditation and somatic awareness
- Energy work and individual energy clearing
- Reflection and intuitive exploration
- A meaningful ritual to honor and anchor the transformation
- Time for integration and connection within the circle
The room will be intentionally prepared by Rochi with flowers, candles, stones, and special elements connected to the theme, creating a warm and sacred setting for the experience.
This is not about forcing fear away or pretending it does not exist. It is an invitation to meet yourself with honesty and compassion, discover what fear may be asking you to see, and begin choosing trust in a deeper and more embodied way.
No previous experience with meditation, breathwork, or energy work is needed. Come as you are and participate at the level that feels right for you.
This is a women-only gathering for ages 16 and over. Space is limited to 13 participants to preserve the intimacy and depth of the circle.
About Rochi Valderrama
Rochi Valderrama is an energy healer and facilitator whose work weaves together somatic breathwork, intuitive guidance, meditation, sound, energy work, and sacred ritual.
She creates grounded, compassionate spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, clear stagnant energy, and access deeper inner wisdom. Through both private and group experiences, Rochi supports reflection, energetic balance, personal insight, and meaningful inner transformation.
Important participation note
This circle may include gentle breathwork, meditation, somatic awareness, ritual, energy clearing, and emotional or spiritual reflection.
Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, remain within their personal comfort level, and modify or pause at any time. Energy work and spiritual guidance are offered for personal insight, energetic balance, and wellbeing and are not substitutes for medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
