Create an intuitive work of art using flowing lines and natural pigments made from wine, coffee, tea, paprika, and turmeric.
About this Event

Slow down, follow the movement of your hand, and discover what unfolds when line, color, and nature meet.

In this gentle, hands-on workshop, artist Claudia Orozco will introduce you to Neurographic Art—an intuitive creative practice using spontaneous lines, softened intersections, organic shapes, and color.

Rather than beginning with a planned image, you’ll allow your lines to flow freely across the page. As they cross and connect, you’ll round the intersections and gradually transform them into a harmonious abstract design.

You’ll then bring your artwork to life with a beautiful palette of natural pigments:

🍷 Red wine — burgundy, mauve, and earthy purple
☕ Coffee — sepia, warm brown, and caramel
🍵 Green tea — soft olive and muted green
🌶️ Paprika — terracotta, rust, and warm orange
🌿 Turmeric — luminous golden yellow

These natural colors behave in wonderfully unpredictable ways. They may stain, bleed, granulate, or shift as they dry—making exploration and discovery part of the creative process.

During this workshop, you’ll be invited to:

• Create spontaneous, free-flowing lines
• Transform intersections into soft, organic shapes
• Experiment with natural pigments and layered washes
• Explore color without needing to control the outcome
• Slow down and connect with the sensory experience of creating
• Choose a personal intention such as peace, joy, release, balance, growth, or creativity

No artistic experience is needed. There is no perfect painting to create—only your line, your color, your process, and your experience.

All materials are included.

Please note: This workshop approaches Neurographic Art as a creative and reflective art practice, not as psychological or medical treatment.
