A Legendary Moment in Wine History
In 1976, a blind tasting in Paris changed the world of wine forever.
A 1973 Cabernet Sauvignon from Stag's Leap Wine Cellars outperformed some of France's most prestigious Bordeaux wines, earning first place in the red wine category at the historic Judgment of Paris.
The victory helped establish Napa Valley as one of the world's great wine regions.

The Highlight: A Super Rare 50th Anniversary Magnum
The centerpiece of the evening is the 2023 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon — Judgment of Paris 50th Anniversary Edition (1.5L Magnum).
Limited to just 1,973 individually numbered magnums worldwide, this commemorative release pays tribute to the legendary 1973 vintage that changed wine history.
Crafted primarily from the historic Block 4 of the S.L.V. Vineyard, this exceptional wine represents five decades of heritage, craftsmanship, and excellence.
