About this Event
As administrative work and candidate screening shift to automation, the recruiter role is fundamentally changing. The highest performers aren't simply doing the same work faster, they're moving upmarket, focusing on relationship-building, negotiation, and higher-value client partnerships. Meanwhile, transactional recruiters face increasing pressure to demonstrate their value.
This dinner brings staffing leaders together to discuss what this shift means for hiring strategies, compensation models, and career paths. What will your best recruiter look like in 2027, and how are you preparing your next generation of recruiters to get there?
