It’s time to Stach’ the Stigma. 💚🥸This Movember, we’re bringing our community together for an evening of honest conversation, connection and support around men’s mental health.
Join us on November 4 from 6:00–9:00 p.m. at Spring Mill Distillery’s Ward Bar for Stach’ the Stigma: A Community Conversation on Men’s Mental Health, a FREE community-driven event focused on creating a space where conversations about mental health are welcomed, supported and stigma-free.
🎙️ Meet our panel:
• John Shearer, Founder of Kickstart Men’s Therapy
• Kris Phippen, Founder of Phlippens
• Alex Barr, Founder of iSurvived Foundation
Our speakers will come together for an engaging panel discussion, followed by an opportunity for attendees to participate in a Q&A.
Guests can also connect with others in a supportive environment, access mental health information and resources, and enjoy a Make Your Own Burger experience generously sponsored by Harvey’s. 🍔
A huge thank you to our community partners and sponsors for helping make this event possible: Spring Mill Distillery’s Ward Bar, Harvey’s, GuelphToday, Atilola Real Estate and Kickstart Men’s Therapy. 💚
And a special shoutout to the incredible planning committee behind Stach’ the Stigma: Andy Veilleux, Ayrn Lahey, Catriona Forbes, Devyn Orpana, Jay Whitelaw, John Shearer, Jide Atiola, Megan Brady Graham and Tracey Curtis. 👏
