About this Event
What if the thing you're trying to change is something your body has been trying to show you all along?
You can have a good life and still feel stuck.
You can be successful, self-aware, and doing “all the right things” while your body continues to carry tension, your mind refuses to slow down, or the same patterns keep showing up in your life.
Sometimes the first step isn't figuring out how to change it.
Sometimes it’s being with your body at such a focused level that it can shift itself.
What is SRI?
Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is an experiential practice that uses breath, movement, touch, and focused awareness to help you connect more deeply with what is happening in your body in the present moment. This helps you recognize patterns that may be operating beneath your conscious awareness—and begin creating a different response to them.
While SRI involves the breath, it isn't simply another breathwork experience — The goal isn't to escape your reality, create a particular state, or have someone else give you a profound experience. The experience comes from you.
This isn’t about forcing a breakthrough. By deeply focusing on what is already happening within you—rather than immediately trying to fix, suppress, or move past it—you can discover what becomes possible when you allow yourself to fully experience what is already happening.
Some shifts may include stress reduction, emotional regulation, mental clarity and increased mind-body connection.
This experience may be especially meaningful if...
- Your mind is constantly going, even when your life is relatively calm.
- You understand your patterns intellectually but still find yourself repeating them.
- You experience tension, discomfort, or pain that doesn't seem to have an obvious explanation.
- You tend to push through rather than stop and feel what's actually happening.
- You feel like you're always “on”.
- Something in your life feels stuck, even though from the outside everything looks fine.
- You want more energy, freedom, and choice in how you respond to life—not simply another way to manage stress.
This workshop will give you practical tools to take home with you.
You'll actually practice the SRI techniques with guidance—not simply hear about them—and leave with tools you can continue using whenever you need them. Unlike a retreat that can feel removed from everyday life, SRI is something you can continue practicing in the middle of your actual life.
Over time, these practices can help you recognize familiar stress patterns sooner, shift how you respond to them, and create more choice in how you experience your body, your emotions, and your life.
