Join us at the Physicians’ Gallery on the last Wednesday of every month at 12.30pm for a curator-led talk exploring some of the objects on display in our gallery.
Our topic for this talk is the microscope. From the belief in spontaneous generation, to the invention of the microscopic lens and the discovery of germ theory, we’ll be exploring how the microscope revolutionised the study of infectious diseases.
This 20 minute talk is free, but booking is required. The meeting point is in the Gallery.
