About this Event
Join Brooklyn Greenway Initative for an outdoor sunset screening of Hocus Pocus on Saturday, October 24th, at the Naval Cemetery Landscape to roundoff an October series of events.
There will be light food and drink available. But no outside food or drink allowed.
Seating will be available but chairs are limited , so you can also bring a small blanket or mat to sit on the boardwalk.
This event is family friendly but note that dogs are not allowed (the Garden is a cemetery and bird habitat) and there are no ADA bathrooms on site (portajohn only with steps to access). Costumes optional but encouraged!
About the film: A young girl moves to a new town with her family and discovers a coven of three kooky witches. She enlists her brother and his friend to help save the night in the mid-90s small town. A classic!

Location
Greenway Botanical Garden at the Naval Cemetery. Enter at 61 Williamsburg St West between Kent and Flushing Avenues.
Transit: We are located on the Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway and offer bike parking on site!
There is no parking lot for cars on site but street parking is nearby on Kent Avenue or Williamsburg Street West near Steuben Park.
If putting in directions in a GPS app / taking Uber or Lyft - we recommend inputting the GPS Pin of Kent Ave + Hooper Street and being dropped off there. While on Kent, make a right on Williamsburg West Street via foot. Google Maps does not take you to the entrance to the Garden if you add the Garden's address as your location. We're working to address this issue and appreciate your patience.
