Info: Enjoy a 45 minute pilates movement snack! Claire will be instructing the outdoors class. Please bring your own mat and water bottle! Claire loves helping clients discover their strength through intentional, full-body movement. Her classes combine challenge, energy, and encouragement, with a focus on proper form and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome.
