It's that time of year! Spooky Fusey Bluesy Tuesy returns with this year's DJs Andrea and Maddy! Lesson from Balter Dance. Costume contest and holiday treats! 7:30 pm - lesson
8:30 pm - dancing
9:30 pm - costume contest
more dancing after contest, probably until 10:30 or 11 p.m.
After dancing we often hang out and have pizza and chat.
💸 Admission: sliding scale of $5-$25. Cash only! We also take IOU's. Our volunteers enjoy free entry.
🌟 Beginners welcome, no partner needed. We’re all here to learn and dance together.
🏳️🌈 We are an LGTBQIA+ friendly event.
MORE INFO (and friendly tips!):
• Bring your kindness, a reusable water bottle, and comfy dance shoes.
• Please DO NOT wear strong artificial fragrances, some of our folks are allergic.
• Our venue is steps away from the Magoun Square station on the Green Line, and various buses on Broadway in Somerville. Nearby metered spaces are free after 8 PM.
• The dance space is wheelchair accessible, but the two gender-neutral bathrooms are down a short flight of stairs.
• Our code of conduct is available at https://bluesytuesy.com/collateral/code_of_conduct-20180613a.pdf. We particularly ask that you respect others' privacy and ask the host for guidelines before taking pictures or video.
