The Ice Cream Truckers bring together three wonderfully inventive musicians from some of contra dancing's most exciting bands: Noah Van Norstrand (fiddle, mandolin and feet), Kelsey Wells (fiddle & banjo), and Helen Kuhar (guitar). With musical roots in Great Bear Trio, Engine Room, and Good Company, this dynamic trio combines exceptional musicianship, infectious energy, and a shared love of making people dance.

Curious about contra? New dancers are always welcome and encouraged to attend the lesson at 7. Not ready to dance? That's ok, come for the live music 🙂

We love our volunteers! It takes a team of volunteers to host a contra dance. Would you be interested in sitting at the welcome desk for one dance (~15 minutes)? It's a great way to show your support and connect with dancers off the dance floor. Email us ([email protected]) if you want to know more.
